New Vogue cover girl Kim Kardashian is at it again, filming another episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians on Friday. Looking like she just stepped out of photo shoot, the reality starlet was dressed to the nines in a high-slit, cleavage-baring number as she shot scenes for the upcoming season of her TV show.
