George Clooney & Amal Alamuddin Hold Star-Studded Engagement Party

George Clooney and fiancée Amal Alamuddin celebrated their engagement at a star-studded party Sunday night at Cafe Habana in Malibu.

The future Mr. and Mrs. Clooney were joined by some of their famous friends, including U2 frontman Bono, the restaurant's owner Rande Gerber and his supermodel wife, Cindy Crawford.Sources told the low-key celebration was well underway around 7 p.m.

Clooney looked relaxed and was dressed in a casual blue shirt with jeans. His human rights attorney wife-to-be wore a green T-shirt with floral shorts

One eyewitness said the restaurant was very busy because of the Mother's Day crowd.

"People got a show they didn't expect and other restaurant patrons said it was the best Mother's Day ever," the source told.

It's been a whirlwind past few days for the happy couple. They were photographed together Wednesday night in Cabo San Lucas.

A source exclusively told that the Monuments Men star, who just celebrated his 53rd birthday, and his stunning fiancée, 36, had a romantic dinner followed by an evening of fun with nine friends at downtown hot spot Harbard. The pair were holding hands throughout the night, and as one eyewitness puts it, "You can tell these two are in love."

Clooney popped the question to Alamuddin last month.

This will be the second trip down the aisle for the Oscar-winning actor, who was married to Talia Balsam from 1989 to 1993, after which he vowed never to do such a thing again. Or so the Hollywood legend goes.

Stacy Keibler Responds to George Clooney's Engagement

Stacy Keibler and George Clooney dated for two years, but couldn't seem to make it last forever.  Then, less than a year after their July 2013 split, they both have found "the one."

So how does Keibler feel about her ex moving on with Amal Alamuddin??

While US Weekly reported Clooney told Keibler "she would be the one he'd marry, and that they could have kids," it appears she's not letting thoughts of the past interfere with the present.

"Stacy is focused on her life with Jared and enjoying her pregnancy," a source told.  "She wishes nothing but happiness for anyone she's dated, including George."

Keibler isn't the only one wishing her ex-beau well.The Monument's Men star has received lots of positive feedback from his family and close pals about his engagement, including two thumbs up from Julia Roberts.

Clooney has yet to comment on his former girlfriend's marriage.

George Clooney's Mom Confirms Engagement

George Clooney's mom Nina has confirmed the A-list actor's engagement to British barrister Amal Alamuddin. Nina Clooney told the Daily Mail, "You can say I'm extremely happy, Amal's a lovely girl. I like her very much."

Clooney, 52, who once famously said he'd "never marry again," reportedly popped the question Alamuddin, 36, a human rights lawyer, in recent weeks.The couple was spotted having dinner with Clooney's long-time pals Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber in Malibu last Thursday, and Amal was supposedly wearing the engagement ring.

People was the first to report the engagement news, "George and Amal are trying to keep things very low-key but they also aren't really trying to hide this," the mag's source said.

The couple were first seen together in October of last year and were photographed on safari in Tanzania last month.
