Nick Carter has a lot to celebrate. He just tied the knot with longtime love Lauren Kitt and after one long year on the open market, he’s finally cut ties with his Tennessee digs.

Just in time for the wedding on April 12, the Backstreet Boy unloaded his modest pad in March located just outside of Nashville for $680,000, leaving plenty of time, and extra money for the newlyweds to find a new country love nest to call home.

Originally listed in 2010 for nearly $800,000, Carter took it on and off the market in 2011 and re-listed in 2013. But 2014 was his lucky year in more ways than one.

The Craftsman-style home has charming curb appeal and tons of quaint southern comfort inside. The main house includes 5 bedrooms, a guest apartment, a downstairs game room, an upstairs living room complete with drum set, music room, study, and plenty of boy band memorabilia to relive the good old days.

Jordana Brewster is moving on up the real estate food chain.

After renting some pretty sweet Dallas digs, the Fast & Furious actress was ready for bigger and better back on the L.A. homefront.

So, she bought in the tony Mandeville Canyon nabe of L.A. last month for $4.6 million and just sold her modern mansion in the Hollywood Hills for a cool $3.8 million.

The stunning brunette and her producer hubby Andrew Form sealed the deal on the sale of their old digs March 14, according to property records, for $3,767,625. That’s a nice extra chunk of change after Form bought the pad in 2011 for $3.375 million.

The new homeowners will have to have a healthy appetite for whites and metallics because they’ll be getting plenty of stark walls and floors throughout.

But the palette suits Brewster’s perfectly polished style.

The contemporary 3-bed, 4-bath architectural retreat is nestled above the famed Sunset Strip and is the epitome of a sophisticated movie star hideaway.

The one-level home opens itself up to a free-flowing floor plan with walls of windows, streaming sunlight, awesome home theatre, exquisite gourmet kitchen, plenty of deck space for parties and poolside fun, and, of course, those million dollar Angeleno views.
