Inside The Bootsy Bellows Estate

While the rest of us were roughing it at Coachella, some celebs and VIPs were living the high life at this posh $7 million mansion in the SoCal desert.

The Solomon Estate in Rancho Mirage, Calif. was transformed into the Bootsy Bellows Estate this weekend for the McDonalds and Corvette Stingray Pool Party.

The 7 bedroom, 10 bathroom estate is where Kendall Jenner stayed while attending the festival and party on Saturday as well.

Situated on five plush green acres, the 18,000 square foot main house features a 7 car garage, 7 fireplaces, 17 flat panel televisions, 13 fridges, a theater and library, and an elevator. In the backyard, you'll find a saltwater, glass-tiled pool and grotto, a full outdoor kitchen and bar, tennis and basketball court, two freshwater lakes with a waterfall, and you can enjoy the view of all of this from a gazebo on its own little isle.

Celebuzz took a stroll around the estate with Bootsy Bellows brainchild, John Terzian. Along with Brian Toll and actor David Arquette, Terzian launched what is now one of LA's hottest celebrity hangouts where you'll find everyone from Katy Perry and Selena Gomez to Zac Efron and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Terzian told us that the nightclub was originally going to be called The Good Life before they came across the stage name of Arquette's mom, which just so happened to be Bootsy Bellows. Since then, Bootsy Bellows has begun its expansion in Aspen, Toronto, and Dodgers Stadium.

This was the second year for the Bootsy Bellows Pool Party at Coachella, which brought out the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Paris Hilton, Kellan Lutz, Vanessa Hudgens, Nina Dobrev, and Joe Jonas, among many others.

There's a New Man in Katy Perry's Life

Sorry, John Mayer. Katy Perry has moved on.

The songstress has reportedly gone on a date with rapper Riff Raff  you know, the dude that James Franco based his Spring Breakerscharacter on after breaking up with her "Who You Love" duet partner. According to Raff, he's completely smitten with Perry after taking her on the "holy trinity" of dates sushi, bowling, drinks and is totally down to see her again.

"Who knows where things might go. Just got to see where things lead," he tells in a new video interview. "When I get back, think she's in Belgium right now, so probably next week. I'm just out here in Miami enjoying the weather and the beautiful view. But me and Katy Perry might go on a second date round two."

Though nothing is official, Perry did confirm the date when she posted a photo of herself and Raff enjoying a night out together on Instagram. "TBT to when I went on a date with Riff Raff," she captioned the snapshot posted last Thursday.

Katy Perry Responds to Miley's Twitter Diss

A cat fight has erupted over Twitter between Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry, and the claws are OUT!

The "Roar" songstress has responded to Miley's tweet about John Mayer's wandering, er, tongue, and things are getting rowdy...

Katy Perry tweeted back to the "Wrecking Ball" singer threatening her with a spanking.

It started at Miley's Los Angeles Bangerz concert where she tried to slip some tongue into a playful on-stage kiss with the "Dark Horse" singer.  Unfortunately for Miley, Katy wasn't having it, pulling away before things got sloppy.

When asked about the kiss earlier this week, Katy explained why she pulled away, saying "God knows where that tongue has been."

Today, Cyrus took to Twitter in response to Katy's comment, saying: "Girl if ur worried abt where tongues have been good thing ur ex boo is ur EX BOO cause we ALL know where THAT been," taking a jab at John Mayer.

Quickly there after, Miley tweeted again about their infamous lip lock with, "Dontchyouuuu act like you didn't lurvvvvv it."

Katy obviously took the whole thing in stride, playing it off as a big ol' joke. And let's be honest Miley could use a good spanking!

Real Reason Katy Perry Dumped John Mayer

Perhaps there is more to this break-up than previously thought.The real reason Katy Perry dumped John Mayer is that she "found text messages on John’s phone from some random girl.” Sounds about right. He doeshave a bit of a love 'em and leave 'em history. You feel me, Taylor Swift?

Earlier reports said the split was "amicable" and that the stress of Katy's upcoming Prismatic World Tour had created friction between the two "Who You Love" singers. However, a dour Katy stepped out in Los Angeles yesterday for dinner with friends, while Mayer reportedly was spotted having a grand ol' time at a jazz club in New York City Wednesday night.

Eagle eye sources told that the "Half of My Heart" singer was smiling and looked "worry-free" at the Blue Note in Manhattan's Greenwich Village as he took in legendary musician Chick Corea's show. In fact, Mayer did post a video the performance on Instagram, calling it a "Helluva night."

Neither Perry nor Mayer has commented on the split rumors, but we anticipate one of the two artists will post something fittingly cryptic on social media any minute now.

Katy Pary and John Mayer Split Again?

John Mayer and Katy Perry may not be engaged after all.The two have ended their relationship yet again.

A source tells that it was Perry who called time on the couple's relationship, although no other information has been revealed. What is known is that Mayer has not been by the "Roar" singer's side during her recent trips to Milan and London, where she performed at the Brit Awards.

Katy reportedly returned to Los Angeles on Friday and John was spotted leaving his hotel in Manhattan yesterday. 

The musical couple initially started dating in summer of 2012, but split up soon after. They reconciled last year and things seemed to be progressing nicely. They even recorded a song together, "Who You Love," and there was recently rumors of an engagement when Katy was seen wearing a ring on Valentine's Day.
