This is actually the sexy Latina's second Los Angeles property, according to Trulia, and when she’s not picking fruit or her eggs from the backyard, Ryan Gosling’s eco-conscious girlfriend, her tenants, or the lucky new owners, can rinse off in the outdoor shower or soak in the cedar hot tub on the expansive entertaining deck.

Scarlett Johansson Pregnant! Actress Expecting First Child With Fiancé Romain Dauriac

Scarlett Johansson is going to be a mom!The beauty is expecting her first child with fiancé Romain Dauriac, multiple sources confirm. 

The pregnancy news comes just six months after it was announced that the Oscar-nominated actress is planning to tie the knot with her French journalist beau.The couple was engaged in September after Scarlett flashed her vintage Art Deco ring on that finger at the Venice Film Festival, with her rep adding that the lovebirds are "very happy."

The expectant couple went public with their relationship in November 2012, not long after Johansson ended a roughly year-long romance with Nate Naylor.

She and Ryan Reynolds divorced in July 2011 after almost three years of marriage. He tied the knot with Blake Lively last September.

And despite her whirlwind romance with Dauriac, Johansson is in no rush to walk down the aisle.

"I'm not doing any wedding planning," the Her star said with a smile during an appearance on Good Morning America on Wednesday, Jan. 15, adding that swapping vows with her hunky man is "far off" from her mind at the moment.

But while her nuptials may not be her main focus, the Don Jon beauty admitted to wanting children.

"I would like to have my own family, that would be nice," she told the Daily Mail in December 2013. "They say it's never the right time and I am sure that's true, but I think you have to plan it like anything else."

"At some point it is something I look forward to," she continued. "I am fortunate in that I have had a long career 20 years that has been very diverse. So, you know, picking a time to plan a family feels like something that I could do and not feel as though I was missing out."

Which is a far cry from what she told Elle U.K. in December 2012, admitting to the publication that she "never" thought about marriage.

"It's really not important to me," she said. "The only time I ever think about it is when people ask me, 'Would I get married again?"

"I'm not having kids anytime soon," she added. "I'm in a nice relationship, I'm working a lot and, like I said, it's not important to me."

Kanye West Supports Kendall Jenner at Givenchy Show

While momager Kris Jenner and sisters Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney  were busy attending Elton John's Oscar viewing party thousands of miles away in Hollywood on Sunday, March 2, Kendall Jenner was walking the runway during the Givenchy Fall/Winter read-to-wear collection at Paris Fashion Week. The  model wasn't without a cheerleading section at the show, however. Kim's future husband, Kanye West, stepped in and sat front row to show Kendall support.

Kendall had no problems modeling a snakeskin sleeveless top and long, black sheer skirt down the runway. After the show, the runway model posed with West and Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci, who is good friends with the rapper.

"Best part was my baby watching & cheering on my baby sister!!!" Kim  tweeted about fiance West attending Kendall's show. "So sad I missed it! #Family #Givenchy."

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was busy, however, strutting her own stuff at John's 22nd annual AIDS Foundation Oscars viewing party at West Hollywood Park on March 2. Kardashian, mom to 8-month-old daughter North, showed major cleavage in a red Celia Kritharioti ball gown.

Taylor Swift Ran Into Harry Styles at Oscar Party

Taylor Swift took to Instagram today to post a photo of what looked to be an awesome Oscar weekend with her close pals. However, she made no mention of one, awkward little run-in she encountered on Saturday night: ex-boyfriend Harry Styles.

Taylor Swift attended several parties over the weekend. The first being the Weinstein party at the Montage Beverly Hills Hotel on Saturday night where she mingled with other A-lister guests including her ex-beau.

Although we all secretly hoped to find out there was a little bit of drama, Swift and Styles kept things cordial and platonic, a source told.

People think they don't talk, but they're friends and on good terms."

As for rumors about the One Direction singer and Kendall Jenner... Apparently, he's still single.

"He wants a serious girlfriend, but just can't find anyone he feels he can deal with the life he leads right now."

Taylor has also been enjoying some alone time.  Though rumors constantly fly she's involved with longtime friend Ed Sheeran, the two have never actually dated.

But the Two and a Half Men star has known the she was “the one” way before he got down on one knee. He’s been prepping for the big moment since last summer.

“Over the summer he gave her a ring a gold band that was more of a promise ring,” added the source.

And it only seems fitting he included his and her family in on the proposal plan in the perfect place that means so much to the couple his hometown of Cedar Rapids, Iowa where the twosome have spent a lot of time since they started dating.

“During Christmas Mila’s family was in Iowa and Ashton asked her father for permission,” said the source. “It was very private with only a few people who knew. He was very traditional.".

After a whirlwind few months of weddings around the country, the lovebirds can focus on their own future as husband and wife.

“Ashton’s twin brother, Michael, just got married,” added the source of the Georgia nuptials on Feb. 2, while Mila’s brother, also named Michael, tied the knot in Florida last December.
