Paul Walker Car Crash Was Caused by Speed, Police Investigation Reveals

A new police report has revealed the cause of the fatal car crash that killed Paul Walker and his friend Roger Rodas.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's traffic collision experts have determined that the speed of the car, which was said to be between 80 and 93 mph, was the reason for the accident.

"Investigators determined the cause of the fatal solo-vehicle collision was unsafe speed for the roadway conditions," Commander Mike Parker explained.

"During the examination, it was determined that an aftermarket exhaust system had been installed which would have increased the engine's horsepower."

The California Highway Patrol's Multi-disciplinary Accident Investigation Team conducted an exhaustive examination on the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT involved in the crash, including its history, safety recalls and repair records.

The Los Angeles Sheriff Department's investigators also consulted with experts from the Porsche and Michelin Corporations as part of their investigation.

There was also evidence that both Walker and Rodas wore seatbelts and that the airbags deployed for both the driver and the passenger.

"Toxicology tests on both men revealed that neither had used any alcohol or drugs," Parker added.

In December, the Los Angeles County coroner's office determined the official causes of death for the Walker and Rodas.

After conducting autopsies on both men, the office confirmed that Rodas, 38, died of multiple traumatic injuries. Walker, 40, died of the combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries.

The Fast and the Furious star and his longtime friend passed away on Nov. 30, 2013, shortly after the actor's charity event in Valencia, Calif.

The speed limit for the street that Rodas was driving on was 45 mph.

Justin Timberlake Takes Jessica Biel to Barbados for Her 32nd Birthday

Justin Timberlake spared no expense when it came to Jessica Biel's 32nd birthday. Eleven days after the actress' March 3 milestone, the "Not a Bad Thing" singer took his wife of 17 months to Barbados.

The celebrity couple reportedly checked into a villa near the Sandy Lane resort, where Timberlake chartered the $1,125-per-day catamaran Seaduced for wakeboarding March 14. The nine-time Grammy winner went shirtless for the excursion, while Biel bared her world-famous bikini body.

The couple spent the next day on land, playing a round of golf and enjoying a romantic dinner by the sea. Biel's birthday festivities kicked off March 3 in Miami at The Forge restaurant. "Justin and Jessica came in through the main door, and they went directly downstairs to the wine cellar, which is private," a source told of the stars, who were accompanied by Timberlake's parents.

During the dinner, the pair "kept a low profile," according to the source. "They looked happy and comfortable." Biel was served an Italian wedding cake, the source added, "because it's her favorite."

And yes, she got serenaded. "Justin sang a few lines of 'Happy Birthday' to Jessica," the source shared.

Timberlake, 33, finished the North American leg of his tour March 5 and will begin his bout of European concerts March 30, starting with a sold-out show at the Motorpoint Arena in Sheffield, U.K.

Biel, meanwhile, is opening a family-friendly restaurant in Santa Monica, Calif., called Au Fudge. Dubbed a "Soho House for kids" by The New York Post's Page Six, "it would be a place where A-listers would feel comfortable bringing their kids to dine and take part in cooking activities," an insider said.

The entrepreneurial star and her friend Estee Stanley have been sharing pictures of potential menu items via Instagram. "#AuFudge will be open soon to anyone with an appetite! Parents- there will be kid-friendly activities, too. Get ready!" the Total Recallactress told her Twitter followers Feb. 21.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin Separating After 10 Years of Marriage

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are separating.

The two made the announcement on the Oscar winner's website, Goop, with a post titled "Conscious Uncoupling."

Their statement read, "It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate. We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate."

The famous duo added, "We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been. We are parents first and foremost, to two incredibly wonderful children and we ask for their and our space and privacy to be respected at this difficult time. We have always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and coparent, we will be able to continue in the same manner."

Just last year, the actress gushed about the Coldplay frontman in Good Housekeepingmagazine.

When asked what's the "best decision" she's made in her life to this point, she responded with, "to marry my husband."

And last Spring, she told Glamour U.K. that she's been through some tough times in her relationship.

"It's hard being married. You go through great times, you go through terrible times. We're the same as any couple."

She also recalled seeking advice from her late father.

"I asked my dad once, 'How did you and Mum stay married for 33 years?' And he said, 'Well, we never wanted to get divorced at the same time.' And I think that's what happens. When two people throw in the towel at the same time, you break up, but if one person's saying: 'Come on, we can do this,' you carry on. I've learned more about myself being married than anything else. I hate to say, 'We've got it worked out,' because you never know what's going to happen, but we laugh, we're good friends, we like to do the same stuff." 

The two, who tied the knot in a secret ceremony at the Santa Barbara courthouse on Dec. 5, 2003, just recently celebrated their 10 year anniversary.

No family members or friends were present for the whirlwind nuptials. Just two days prior, Paltrow announced that she was expecting her first child with the musician.The couple has two kids together, Apple, 9, and Moses, 7.

Watch Oprah Tell Lindsay Lohan to "Cut the Bullsh*t"

As each of us walks our separate path along this road we call life, we each stumble and sometimes we fall. Sometimes we need the help of a family member or friend to help us find our way again. And sometimes, when we're Lindsay Lohan, we need a hand hug and a swift kick in the ass from Oprah. On last night's episode of Lohan's OWN "docu-series," we finally got what we'd been waiting for: the Lindsay-Oprah come to Jesus moment.

You see, Lindsay had been pulling some stunts and Oprah does not suffer fools. So Oprah schedules a sit-down with Lindsay that ultimately boils down to two simple truths: "keep your commitments" and "cut the bullshit."

During their chat, Oprah also asked Lindsay about her sobriety, which she claimed to be maintaining. So at least that's good news! And Lindsay got an Oprah Hug™ out of the whole thing, so ultimately it was probably worth it.

Thanks to CGI, Paul Walker Can Now Star in 'Fast & Furious' Films Forever, Despite His Death

In a massively creepy move, Universal Pictures has announced that Paul Walkerwill star in the upcoming Fast & Furious 7, despite having died in a car crash last November. Walker had not completed shooting his scenes for the film when he died and now Universal has cleared up how they will work around his untimely death: CGI.

According to the New York Daily News, Universal has hired lookalike actors to serve as body doubles and will use CGI and voice effects for his face and voice. "They have hired four actors with bodies very similar to Paul’s physique and they will be used for movement and as a base," the Daily News quotes a "source close to production" as saying. "Paul’s face and voice will be used on top using CGI."

Following Walker's death last year, shooting on Fast & Furious 7 was halted. In December it was announced that Walker would still star in the film and that it was being rewritten to include a farewell to Walker's character Brian O'Conner, using footage Walker had already shot. It was generally assumed that Walker's role in the seventh Fast & Furious, which has been delayed until April 2015, would be fairly small. But using body doubles and voice manipulation, Universal can do pretty much anything it likes with Walker and O'Conner.

Hopefully the studio will respect Walker's death and the tragic irony that he died in a car crash and not go overboard here. The Daily News' insider urges that the CGI option was the studio's first choice and that it "feels confident fans of the franchise will feel satisfied with the result." It would be a shame for the studio to use technology to fill in Walker's original role, rather than something smaller and more sensitive to his memory, and to the family he left behind.

Kourtney Kardashian Talks About Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Controversial 'Vogue' Cover

Kourtney Kardashian has no time for you and your petty bullsh.

The Keeping up with the Kardashians star admits she had no idea Kanye West had to "lobby" for Kim Kardashian to be on the cover of Vogue. And she really could care less about it and all of your negative responses that come along with it.

"I haven't seen any reaction.  I've literally been unpacking.  I don't hear about any news.  I'm kind of the last to hear anything," she told Lara Spencer on Good Morning America Monday.  "But I posted it on my Instagram and saw amazing response and stuff and I'm so happy for Kim."

The reality star visited GMA to promote her Kardashian Kids clothing line, but of course, the now infamous cover took precedent.

Spencer mentioned how Kanye had been lobbying to get Kim on the cover for several months, which was news to Kourtney.  "Really?  I swear I am the last to know anything,"  Kourtney continued.  "But I'm really happy for them.  I think it's beautiful."

Well, one thing's for sure: Kourt's a really awesome, supportive big sis to Kimmie and the rest of the Kardashian Klan!

When asked about the rest of her famous family, she didn't go into specifics and stayed very positive.  "Everyone's great! We've been so busy filming.  I think there are a lot of changes lately, but everything's kind of new beginnings. It kind of goes with the territory when we film, and there's highs and lows, and we show all of those moments always have.  But everything's kind of turning into more positive, I would say."

As for the real reason she came on the show to talk about thew Kardashian Kids collection she mentioned it's really been her own project, telling GMA, "When I was pregnant with Penelope Disick, I said to my sisters, 'Let's do a kids clothing line. It would be so much fun.' Kim wasn't even pregnant yet with North West. They were like, 'Okay, if you wanna take over.'"

And that's exactly what she did.  According to Kourtney, "My sisters helped approve everything, but I really took charge. I really took what I dress [my daughter] in as the inspiration for the collection."

Heidi Klum Shows Off Her Bikini Body and New Bodyguard in The Bahamas

Fresh off a romantic Paris getaway with her new boyfriend, Vito Schnabel, Heidi Klum is now enjoying the Caribbean with her four children. The America's Got Talent judge, 40, wore a black bikini as she enjoyed the crystal blue waters of the Bahamas with kids Leni,9, Henry, 8, Johan, 7, Lou, 4 and a new buff bodyguard. 

Klum, who split from former boyfriend/bodyguard Martin Kirsten back in January, appears to have hired a new minder. The beefy bodyguard was spotted swimming alongside the family as they floated on rafts and basked in the sun.

Heidi's ex singer Seal, and father to her children, is evidently not thrilled with the German model's behavior as of late. ShowbizSpy.com reports that “As far as Seal is concerned, Heidi’s the mother of his kids, and he wants her to maintain a level of dignity and decorum." Several media outlets reported that lusty lovers Vito and Heidi have been unable to resist each other in public, making out in front of fellow club goers at Bootsy Bellows in February and engaging in even more PDA the night of the Oscars. “Seal wishes Heidi would wise up," ShowbizSpy's source says.

Ciara & Future are Expecting a BOY

Watch out, world! We're about to have a little heartthrob on our hands!

Future announced the he and Ciara are expecting a baby boy! And between their dynamic musical talents, this kid is destined to be a star.

The rapper made the announcement during a recent appearance on The Wendy Williams Show to talk about the baby, wedding plans and his upcoming album.

Future told Wendy Williams he stopped by his fiancé's baby shower to show his support, though she was already surrounded by her BFFs Kim Kardashian and LaLa Anthony.

As for the wedding, Future admits he's letting Ciara do all the planning, while he does the approving. Because not only does he have a baby on the way, he'll also be dropping a new album titled "Honest" in April.

The album was originally supposed to be released last year, but had to be delayed because of Beyoncé's surprise album in December.  They both had been working on a record for "Drunk in Love," so when it appeared on Bey's album, he postponed the release of his.

Lots going on for the cute couple. We can't wait to meet their little nugget!

This Is How Kaley Cuoco Made Her Wedding Date Much More Permanent

You know what they say, the couple that tats together, stays together.

And nothing says I love you more than getting a tattoo that says "I love you."

Only, Kaley Cuoco didn’t want to be that cliché, so she chose the much less cliché symbol of her undying love for her new hubby Ryan Sweeting by getting inked with the day that she’ll never forget.

And if she does when she’s old and senile, she’ll have something to spark her memory.

While hitting the court together on March 22 for a charity tennis tournament in Calabasas, Calif., the 28-year-old Big Bang Theory star showed off the new tattoo on her back just behind her neck in large Roman numerals for 12-31-13.

But that’s not the most spontaneous thing the happy couple has done as of late. Not only did the 26-year-old tennis pro get his wife’s name inked on his arm, the newlyweds got engaged after only four months of dating and said "I do" during a fire & ice-themed soiree held at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Santa Susana, Calif.

"By Day 2, it was so unbelievable, I said, 'This is it,'" she told Ellen DeGeneres. "I know it looks a little crazy to some people."

Stacy Keibler and Jared Pobre Confirm Their Pregnancy

Is it just me or is everyone getting married and pregnant these days?

Add Stacy Keibler to both lists.  Not only has she checked off marriage, but she just confirmed she and husband Jared Pobre are also expecting!

The former Dancing with the Stars contestant took to Instagram to confirm her exciting news (which we all already assumed) with the caption, "Look what we've got cooking! A Bun'dle of love!"

"Both Jared and I didn't think we were ever going to get married or have kids. When you meet the right person, everything changes," Keibler told People in a recent interview. "I'm so excited for the new chapter in my life.  I'm so ready for it. I feel for the first time like I'm really fulfilled and at peace."

This is the first child for the couple who were married on a beach in Punta Mita, Mexico on March 8th.  Keibler's reps confirm the baby is due this summer.
