Apartment Where Philip Seymour Hoffman Overdosed Is Back on the Market

If anyone wants to bathe in the same bathroom where Philip Seymour Hoffman was tragically found dead after overdosing on heroin, then all you’ll need is $10,500 a month.
The listing says you can “enjoy life in the most exciting part of the city," but, of course, does not mention the sad scene Feb. 2 that drew a crowd of hundred and makeshift vigils outside the building to remember the beloved star.
Despite the visual that most reports left readers with that the 46-year-old thespian was found unconscious with a hypodermic needle still stuck in his arm, the condo is anything but a drug den.
The luxurious loft has two sizable bedrooms, a whopping 9 oversized windows, 10-foot original wood-beamed ceilings, wood-burning brick fireplace, and strip oak floors.
That they did. Rest-assured, the listing states the two white marble-swathed bathrooms have been renovated since his sudden passing with some upgraded features like glass tiles, Calacatta marble, radiant heated limestone and quartzite floors, and jade tiles in order to lure in an upscale renter.
The New York City medical examiner confirmed the Hunger Games star died accidentally from a toxic mix of drugs, including heroin, cocaine, benzodiazepines, and amphetamines. Seymour was laid to rest at a service in Manhattan Feb. 7.
But, attention potential condo inhabitants in case you didn't know, New York is a caveat-emptor state, meaning "let the buyer beware", so any funny business or out of the ordinary goings-on in an apartment, etc., may not need to be disclosed.

Gwyneth Paltrow Breaks Her Silence After Chris Martin Split, Expresses "Deep Gratitude" for Support

After announcing her separation via GoopTuesday, Gwyneth Paltrow broke her silence regarding the breakup via her own lifestyle website early Friday morning. After writing a short paragraph in relation to chicken recipes, she told readers, "P.S. CM and I in deep gratitude for the support of so many."
Oscar winner Paltrow, 41, and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, 37, are currently hiding out in the Bahamas with their daughter Apple Martin, 9, and son Moses Martin, 7. The "Paradise" singer has yet to publicly comment on the end of his 10-year marriage, though his father has spoken to the press.
Retired accountant Anthony Martin, 72, told The Mirror that while its "sad and upsetting" that his son is now single, he insisted as the former couple has also said that they are "still great mates." In fact, Anthony said, "If you are married you know you have good days and bad days. We all have our ups and downs. It is sad because there are our two grandchildren. But it is all very amicable between them."
Anthony laughed as he tried to remember the title of the couple's statement, "Conscious Uncoupling." He told the U.K. newspaper, "It's all in the statement, the expression that was used. Conscious..." The former magistrate then added, "I am very proud of what they have achieved in their lives."
In their March 25 statement, the exes said, "We have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate. We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than ever. We are parents first and foremost to two wonderful children."
Both stars have received public support from Paltrow's BFF Cameron Diaz, who told on Thursday, "For both Chris and Gwyneth, I mean they worked really hard. People want them to blow up and it to be ugly, but they're kind, generous, loving people who really care about one another. Just because they don't want to be a couple together, doesn't mean that they have to hate one another. They are really good friends. They've made a conscious effort to separate the part of their lives they don't want to live together anymore, and maintain a really beautiful, strong bond as parents and as friends...I think people should really honor that and they should admire it and they should respect it. They've done something really extraordinary, and they've been very brave at presenting that to the public."
Diaz has spoken with Paltrow since the breakup. "She's doing great," she said. "They're doing great."

Jessica Biel Kisses Husband Justin Timberlake After Barbados Birthday Trip

Lovers in London! Justin Timberlake and wife Jessica Biel engaged in a little overseas public display of affection on Thursday, March 27, when they shared a romantic kiss at London's Heathrow airport.
Biel, 32, leaned lovingly into her husband as they smooched, resting her hand lightly on his butt. Both wore black jackets and jeans; Timberlake, 33, also sported a black fedora and thick-rimmed glasses.

The happy couple jetted off to the U.K. just hours after returning to L.A. following Biel's birthday trip to Barbados, where they checked into a private villa near the top-of-the-line Sandy Lane resort and chartered a $1,125-per-day catamaran. The couple enjoyed an afternoon of wakeboarding together on March 14.

"Justin wasn't very good at wakeboarding. Jessica was much better!" an onlooker told of the pair. "They looked madly in love as they joked around," the witness added.

Now that the two are back on dry land, Timberlake is gearing up to resume his world tour. The next leg begins on March 30 with a sold-out show at the Motorpoint Arena in Sheffield, England. Biel is busy, too, with her new children's restaurant, Au Fudge, in Santa Monica, Calif.

Julianna Margulies Says She "Became Alicia" to Negotiate Josh Charles' Good Wife Contract

There's never a good time for Will Gardner to leave The Good Wife, but, true to form, Alicia Florrick made sure he did it the right way. After last Sunday's shocking twist in which Will (Josh Charles) is shot and killed by his client (Hunter Parrish), Good Wife fans flew into a frenzy as one of the show's most beloved characters exited for good.

To help Willicia-shippers come to terms with the painful news, Charlie Rose invited the cast to attend a private screening of the episode and to talk about Charles' decision to leave the CBS drama forever.
"I just want to clarify because I think it's an important distinction," Charles said during the panel discussion. "I didn't ask to be let out of anything. My contract was up, and it was time to be thinking about the people close to me. I did a lot of soul searching. I think it's a very long season doing a network television show, and somewhere in year four, I just felt burnt out. I was ready for something different. That's no reflection for how I feel about the show, it's just more of what I want to do with my life."
When the show's star Julianna Margulies heard the shocking news, she immediately embodied her character.

"My head started spinning, and I said, 'Well wait, did you see if he would do less episodes, did you offer him directing credits?' I became the Alicia-lawyer kind of thing, how can I negotiate this contract?" she recalled.
She ended up personally called up her longtime friend, begging him to stay on the show for at least 15 more episodes into season 5.
"I gave him terrible Jew-guilt," she admitted. "I knew he was about to get married, and I'm good friends with his wife, and I said, 'Josh, how about this. 15 wait, think about it  money in the bank for 15 episodes. Do you know how expensive it is to have a kid in New York City?' I went right to the kid thing, and it was disgusting! We were looking at schools for our kid at the time, and I said, 'Do you know much private school is?!' And I went through this whole thing about kids and family, then he said, 'Well 15, let me think about that!' And I said, 'And 2 directing spots!'"

Though the newly-married Charles is yet to be expecting his first child, Margulies' speech enticed him to stay on and give his character a proper send-off.
"He's been such an integral part of the show, and such an integral part of my character," the Golden Globe winner said of her former love interest. "So I said if this is going to happen, lets do it right."

Kelly Rowland Has This to Say About the Uproar Surrounding Kim and Kanye’s ‘Vogue’ Cover

Like any dedicated fashionista, Kelly Rowland is a true Vogue devotee.
And like so many before her whose backlash has been loud and brutal, she’s got her own opinion about the Kim and Kanye cover and it’s not what you may think.
While Naomi Campbell’s reaction spoke volumes, Sarah Michelle Gellar is rallying the troops to cancel their subscriptions. But the former Destiny’s Child songstress is renewing hers for years to come.
“I’m happy for them, you know? I think getting the cover is a great, a great thing,” she told.
“I’m just happy for them. They seem very happy together, and that’s the most important thing. Leave ‘em alone! Just let them live their life!
“They’re not thinking about us. We need to just figure out ways to where we’re happy with our everyday lives… and leave them alone!,” she added, with a laugh.
In fact, Rowland had even more to say about the woman behind the controversial decision to put Kim on the cover in a wedding gown with her fiancé. She met Vogue editrix Anna Wintour just days before at a tennis tournament in Florida... and, like Kimye, she won't soon forget the one-on-one.
“She’s so cool. And the moment that we caught eyes and as we spoke, she was just really gracious. She was just super cool. I truly loved meeting her," gushed Rowland. "She’s one of the people that I, of course, look up to when it comes to style, and above anything, she’s just a heck of a woman!”

Nina Dobrev Strips Down for a Cop

Who knew Nina Dobrev could be so naughty?!
The Vampire Diaries star was caught taking it all off for an officer!  But don't worry, there's no real scandal here. It's all part of her new movie Let's Be Cops.
The trailer for the upcoming comedy was released today, and though it only shows a few seconds of Dobrev, things definitely get a little spicy.
But while everyone is stoked about the starlet hitting the big screen and getting naked, I'm more excited about the fact that this film features two of my all-time favorite people: Nick and Coach from New Girl.
Although their names have changed to Ryan and Justin, Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans Jr. pretty much play the same characters we all know and love goofy, awkward, best friends who dress up as cops for a costume party and end up taking on a bit more than they expected.
Now if you're on the same page as me, make sure to watch the whole trailer for a good three minutes of laughs and awkwardness.  If you'd rather just catch a glimpse of Nina Dobrev's topless moment, fast forward to 2:24.
Let's Be Cops hits theaters August 14.

Harry Styles Is Asked for Five Thousand Dollars During a Prank Call and Is Totally Chill About It

I'm going to go ahead and assume that you're American, which means you're going to need a little background before you listen to this prank call. Nick Grimshaw is a DJ who hosts a radio show on BBC1 called The Radio 1 Breakfast Show. On the show, there is a recurring segment called Call or Delete in which famous guests must prank call another famous person in their contacts, or delete the number. On a recent show, lead singer of The 1975 Matt Healy was forced to play. He first went to call Niall Horan, but when the call went to voicemail he called Harry Styles, who answered.
Healy who, as it turns out, is pretty good at making prank calls Harry and says that he needs to borrow £5,000 for... something. He never really says why. Harry, who we can now officially say is the chillest member of One Direction, never hesitates and offers to get his assistant to work it out. What an angel.
Healy, by the way, later apologized to Styles on Twitter.
