Only, this isn’t a set, and fortunately for Brody Jenner’s “bro” he saved his pennies and just sold his real-life Hills pad for over $1 million.
The 32-year-old entrepreneur is starting his new, much more mature life as married man out of the limelight, and now that he’s expecting his first child with his wife,Jennifer Acosta, he’s getting rid of the party pad he bought just a few months after the hit show signed off for good in 2010.
The cool 1950s-style contemporary crib comes with 3 bedrooms and tricked out with modern amenities and Delgado’s own graffiti artwork.
Over the years, he upgraded his digs with an open kitchen, hardwood floors, and windows to see what living the true L.A. lifestyle is really all about the gorgeous canyon vistas.
But that’s not all. There’s more drama outside with a spanking new swimming pool surrounded by a spray-painted basketball court.
No wonder Delgado banked a cool $300K profit off the sale that went down last month.
