"Tracey Cunningham did it," a source told. "She's amazing. Kim just wanted to change it up! It seems like everyone went blonde, so it was time to change it up."
Kardashian first went blond in 2009, debuting her new hairstyle at the Teen Choice Awards.
“This time it’s for real, guys! I went blonde!!!" she told fans.
