While Scarlett Johansson is busy planning her wedding, she’s also looking for an NYC newlywed love nest where she and her hot French fiancé can live happily ever after.And $4 million should make the move quite comfortable.
Just a few months after buying a Hamptons hideaway, the Her actress was recently spotted previewing pricey properties all over Manhattan to the tune of $3 million to $4 million each.
First up, the sexy screen siren, who got betrothed to Parisian journalist Romain Dauriac last September, braved the chilly weather and trekked to the Upper East Side to take a peek at a 1,700 square foot, 2-bedroom penthouse. And for just over $4 million, it’s to the nines a living room with wood burning fireplace, custom kitchen with Wolf & Subzero appliances, heated floors, and bathrooms bathed in Italian marble.
And to take in her view from the top, Johansson and her main man could have their very own roof terrace with outdoor fireplace, summer kitchen and bath.
Just 10 minutes away, the 29 year old stunner perused a property high above NoHo, and for $3.7 million she’ll get a bit more bang for her buck.
