Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy Eye This $22 Million NYC Love Nest

This is what happens when you combine the fortunes of a billionaire former child star/current fashion entrepreneur and the brother of the ex-president of France. That totals more than enough moolah to drop on a $22 million family pad.
Yep, we’re talking about Mary-Kate Olsen and her fiancĂ© Olivier Sarkozy, who have been recently scouring the priciest nabes of NYC to find the home of their soon-to-be newlywed dreams.
According to the New York Post, the odd couple recently browsed a 15-room townhouse in Manhattan’s posh Carnegie Hill area that went on the market last year for a cool $24 million. And at 7,200 square feet, it is just big enough to match the pint-sized twin's 4-carat vintage Cartier diamond ring.
The grand Romanesque Revival home was built over 100 years ago and underwent a recent renovation to fit the uber-private pair’s high standards like 5 huge floors of rare NYC space, even rarer central air, radiant heat in the bathrooms, A-list appliances, and a full security system.
And because one is just not enough for this socialite duo, there are two front doors that showcase a gallery of polished marble, while the other leads to a reception room with original inlay floors and 12-foot ceilings for entertaining in style.
The parlor floor can be found up the curved staircase or if the future Mister and Missus just can’t bare the thought of walking, they can hop in the elevator.
The designer can perfect her cooking skills when it comes to whipping up dishes for her soon-to-be two step-kids in the immaculate kitchen that's swathed in white marble, and the growing fam can spend some quality bonding time in the back garden.
