Lupita Nyong'o Named People Magazine's Most Beautiful Woman in The World

Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o has been named the most beautiful woman in the world by People magazine.
The 31-year-old actress, who was born in Mexico and raised in Kenya, "never dreamed" she'd be considered "Most Beautiful." The stunning star told the magazine that gracing this year's cover is "exciting and just a major, major compliment. I was happy for all the girls who would see me on and feel a little more seen."
Lupita, who was just signed to talent agency CAA, took last year's awards season by storm with her flawless style glowing complexion. She said the best compliments she receives are "when I have been called beautiful with not one drop of makeup on. And also before I comb my hair or put on a pretty dress. Happiness is the most important thing."
The new face of beauty brand Lancôme, Nyong'o's next film is rumored to be Who Shot the Sheriff? alongside Rosario DawsonAlfre Woodard and Terrence Howard.
People's 50 Most Beautiful issue hits newsstands on Friday.

Rihanna and Lupita Nyong'o Are Miu Miu Front Row Besties in Paris

Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o is all the fashion these days, and this was even more apparent when she sat in the front row at the Miu Miu show in Paris next to Rihanna earlier today (March 05, 2014).
Fresh off her Oscar win for Best Supporting Actress, the 12 Years a Slave star snapped a selfie with RiRi while seated in the front row. Dressed in an oversized shearling coat and black stockings, Rihanna also met up with Oscar winner Jared Leto backstage.
Lupita Nyong'o, who was recently named the new face of Miu Miu, looked absolutely break taking in a burgundy cropped jacket layered over a bejeweled blouse.
Lupito took to Instagram to share some of her favorite moments from the fashion show.
The first pic was captioned, "#MiuMiu selfie with the sensational Rihanna @badgalriri. #Paris"
And the second pic was a montage of pics, "#MiuMiu Fall/Winter Fashion Show, Front Row #selfies. Adèle Exarchopoulos, Léa Seydoux, Elizabeth Olsen and Margaux Robbie.

Even in Rain Gear, Lupita Nyong'o Looks Amazing

Lupita Nyong'o braved the rain in Los Angeles on Friday and proved that she truly has earned her spot as this seasons fashion 'it girl.'
As crews worked extremely hard to keep the red carpet from turning into a river, the first time Oscar Nominee stepped out in Beverly Hills looking chic and classic in a stunning knee-length trench coat.
The grey statement piece only adds to the theory that the 12 Years A Slave star can pull off wearing absolutely any color of the rainbow.
Sadly though, the coat had to cover up the amazing piece she wore to yesterday's Women in Film Pre-Oscar Cocktail Party, seen above.
It does seem though that, rain or shine, Lupita will most likely still be pulling out all the stops when she walks down the world's biggest red carpet tomorrow afternoon.

Kerry Washington Brought Her Baby Bump to the NAACP Image Awards

Kerry Washington had a night to remember on Saturday, hitting up two different awards shows, taking home a trophy, and making it all look easy for someone who is several months along in their first pregnancy.
Wearing a pink and purple Thakoon gown, Kerry's night started at the NAACP Image Awards, where she was honored with not one, but two awards.
First came the Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series and then, alongside the rest of the Scandal cast, for Outstanding Drama Series.
Moving on from the high of winning, Kerry booked it over to the 16th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards.
Along with costar Tony Goldwyn, Kerry presented an award to Trish Summerville for her work on The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
And Kerry wasn't the only star looking amazing throughout the evening.
Lupita Nyong'o not only looked fabulous, but was also honored for her role in 12 Years A Slave. She won the Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture.
