Kelly Osbourne Is Selling Her Palace for $1.35 Million

Kelly Osbourne is starting off the year making a fresh start and it's all about saying goodbye to the baggage of 2013. First, she parted ways with her fiance Matthew Mosshart, now it’s sayonara to her Hollywood home.

Osbourne is kicking off singledom by putting her longtime L.A. digs on the market for $1.349 million as of two days ago.

Designed by famed Los Angeles architect Robert Byrd circa 1952, the quaint 1-bedroom hillside hideaway has been the reality star’s since 2005 and shows off the Fashion Police co-host’s flair for style, as first reported by Trulia.

The gorgeous white wood column and brick kitchen has an adjoining breakfast nook and wet bar accented by dripping crystal chandeliers and a charming patio garden oasis with stone fire pit off the living room and private office.

The romantic master bedroom is highlighted by Osbourne’s bold choice in black and white striped wall decor and vintage bathroom boasting a claw foot tub.

And while this place shows off its curb appeal, the youngest of the Osbourne clan has been resting her pretty purple head in some upgraded luxe digs in Beverly Hills after renting Lindsay Lohan's former crib last July for a sweet $10K a month.
