Go Inside Bethenny Frankel’s $17,500/Month NYC Crib

Bethenny Frankel’s ongoing divorce drama has taken its toll on her living situation.
Having her soon-to-be ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, still living under the same roof more than a year after she filed for divorce is certainly not ideal.
So, since Jason isn’t packing his bags anytime soon while the estranged pair duke it out over custody and assets in court, Bethenny has been forced to find another place to call home.
It’s definitely not the $5 million, 4-bedroom Tribeca pad she bought in 2011, but the former Housewives star is still living in the lap of luxury in her new $17,500 a month digs.
According to In Touch, the talk show host was forced to downsize with a Tribeca 2-bedroom rental, but for that kind of cash there's still no shortage of wow factors.
From the gorgeous marble foyer and gallery hallway, Frankel can walk into her sprawling living room lined with 8 oversized windows and high ceilings drenching the place in natural sunlight.
And there are designer features galore in the Poggenpohl kitchen where the Skinnygirl chef can indulge her cooking skills with stainless steel Viking appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigerator.
But the master suite is the real pièce de résistance spanning the entire length of the apartment that includes an enormous walk-in closet along with an bonus closet for shoes or storage and a spa bathroom decked out in beige limestone floors and walls, dual sinks, a deep soaking tub, and a step-in shower.
Her daughter, Bryn, will also have a room all to herself and if she’s anything like her clothes-horse mom at 3-years-old, she’ll need the spacious closet.
And that’s not all. Bethenny and her new boyfriend, financier Michael Cerussi, can chill or entertain on the roof deck where there’s a grill, bar, and an outdoor shower.
And no doubt, the 43-year-old fitness and health fanatic will want to stay bikini-ready using the fitness center and she’ll be able to conveniently store bottles of her Skinnygirl line in the wine cellar.
